M&M Refrigeration, the refrigeration industry leader in CO2 technology, will exhibit at Booth #385 at the Seafood Processing North America Show. The largest seafood trade event in North America will be held in Boston on March 19-21.
More than 1,000 companies exhibit at this show, which is sponsored by the National Fisheries Institute. Attendees include purchasing managers and equipment and packaging buyers from the retail, foodservice, and hospitality industries.
M&M Refrigeration staff will highlight the company’s CO2 Cascade Refrigeration System technology and new low-charge refrigeration and freezer systems. The new low-charge freezing solutions can save the user up to 40% on energy costs and increase throughput up to 50%. The CO2 Cascade Refrigeration System combines the advantages of CO2 on the lower-temperature side and ammonia on the higher-temperature side. Ammonia is limited to the engine room, and only CO2 is present in working, processing and storage areas. The system offers lower installation cost, lower refrigerant costs and lower operating temperatures with higher production yields. No cooling is required on the low side compressors. In addition, CO2 Cascade Refrigeration Systems always operate at a positive pressure.
M&M Refrigeration CEO Duane Marshall commented on the show saying, “We are excited about sharing the CO2 Cascade Refrigeration System and our new low-charge freezing solutions. Both are energy efficient, which makes them an excellent cost-effective solution for…
