- Natural Language Understanding: SpeechBridge can now understand callers’ requests when spoken naturally, in their own words. This means that your application can have more open-ended prompts, like “How can I help you today?”
- Dictation: Also known as speech-to-text, this capability opens a whole new category of SpeechBridge applications where a word-for-word transcription is required.
- Bug fixes and performance improvements
Some of the benefits of these new capabilities include: letting callers speak as they would normally, reducing the number of menus per transaction, and shortening the overall length of most calls.
